Over 20 years’ experience in financing and advising Spanish small and medium size companies. In 2008 founded and managed an independent corporate finance firm for the Spanish mid-market, advising companies of a wide range of sectors on their debt and financing for 12 years. Previously he was Financial Planning and Financing Manager at the third mobile operator in Spain, taking part in its €4,500M refinancing. He started his professional career as a corporate finance analyst in an investment bank. Graduate in Economics and Business Administration with a major in Finance from Pace University of New York (USA), English bilingual.
Carmen Florido
Manager
Over 10 years’ experience in financing and advising Spanish small and medium size companies. Analyst for 8 years at an independent corporate finance firm for the Spanish mid-market, advising companies of a wide range of sectors on their debt and financing. Previously she worked as wealth and finance advisor for an important insurance company. Graduate in Law by Universidad Complutense of Madrid and master’s in Stock and Financial Markets by IEB.
Antonio Moreno

Previously he was Treasury Manager at the third mobile operator in Spain, designing top treasury systems and processes. He started his professional career leading the deployment of management ERP for an important tour operator. Graduate in Economics and Business Administration by Universidad Carlos III of Madrid, master’s in business management by CESMA.
